All About My Dad Printable Memory Book

Father's Day Memory Book from kids. Free Printables to fill in every year to see how they view their father from year to year. What a great idea!

As I have mentioned before, having gifts that show growth and change of your children is a perfect gift to give. Not just for now, but for the future. I showed how we can watch our daughter grow with a Father's Day picture frame and now I am sharing our book about Dad. This printable book has questions for your child to answer each year about their Dad. It will be fun to see how their answers change year to year, or will they stay consistent?

To create the book, I made these pages with the questions I wanted my daughter to answer for her dad. Obviously, I will write her answers in the beginning, but the idea is that as she learns to write and draw, she will fill in all of the answers herself.

Directions for Printing

For printing at a print shop

  • Get the files sent directly to your inbox to download them by entering your email address below.
  • Upload your files to their site online, or bring the files on a flash drive to the location.
  • Choose to have the pages printed {don't forget to include how many - I included 18 years} and bound into a book. I chose to have them spiral bound. I also included a cover for the front and back.
  • In the notes, you can add any specific notes or needs that you would like. For example, I wanted my cover sheet to be printed on cardstock, but the rest on premium paper, so I put that in the notes. **When including notes, I always put my phone number there too so they can call me if they have any questions or need clarification**
For printing at home
  • Get the files sent directly to your inbox to download them by entering your email address below.
  • Make sure that you have quality paper. If you are not binding it with a spiral bound, I would recommend using cardstock.
  • Print the cover and as many years as you would like. You can always add additional sheets to your book later on.
  • Using a 3 hole punch, punch holes in the side and tie with ribbon or string. You can also punch a hole just in the top and tie as well {just be sure to use the first hole as a guide for the rest}.
There you have it! A simple, quick Father's Day present that you can use as a time capsule as well. Start it at any age to watch their progress grow and preserve memories!
